We provide several types of roof inspections and reporting, depending on what you need.
Roof Assessment & Condition Reports
Understand the condition of your roof. We identify visible damage, deterioration, corrosion, failed fixings, maintenance requirements, and other potential problem areas—then document our findings with practical recommendations.
Leak Investigation Reports
We investigate the likely source of water entry, inspect the surrounding roof area and document our findings in a clear leak investigation report. We generally carry out minor sealing works on the day and then recommend any further repairs required.
Job Completion Reports
You don't always have the opportunity to get up on the roof and check the work yourself. For applicable repair and maintenance work, we provide a job completion report with before-and-after photographs and a record of the work carried out. This gives property managers, body corporates and owners a clear visual record of:
